Do you work with clients outside Poland?
Yes. We work with clients across the EU and beyond. Everything runs over email and video calls, so distance makes no practical difference. Rates are the same — only the invoicing currency changes.
Can the website be in English, or in two languages?
Both. We build sites in English, Polish and German, and bilingual sites with a language switcher are a standard option. If you run a business in Poland but do not speak Polish, we write the Polish copy for you.
How do you invoice a company from another country?
We issue a standard invoice in PLN or EUR. For VAT-registered companies inside the EU we apply the reverse charge mechanism, so you settle VAT in your own country. Outside the EU the invoice is issued without Polish VAT.
When do I pay?
For websites, after the site is live and you have accepted it — there is no deposit. Monthly services such as social media or ads are invoiced at the start of each month, and you can stop at the end of any month.
What time zone do you work in?
Central European Time (UTC+1/+2). In practice we answer email within a few hours on working days. For clients in North America we schedule calls in our evening, which is your morning.
Who owns the website when it is finished?
You do. After launch you receive every password, the domain and hosting access, and the full source code. Nothing is locked to us, and there is no subscription needed to keep the site online.
